Lindum has 160 employees, with its headquarters in Drammen and operations at several locations in Southern Norway. The HR department consists of three employees, with Nicolaisen working on recruitment, employment contracts, and other traditional HR tasks. Since February, he has been using Lawai as part of his daily work.

– The workday of an HR consultant is often consumed by individual cases. Lawai serves as a great sparring partner, like discussing with an experienced labor law colleague. The tool helps with reflection, processing, and ensures a holistic perspective in the work, he says.

The latest version of Lawai is more user-friendly and efficient, and Nicolaisen appreciates that it both polishes the language and provides guidance in the right direction. He also sees potential for using Lawai as a management tool going forward, to contribute to comprehensive management and secure workplaces.

– AI saves us time and helps us create better, more precise texts and reports. We believe AI will play an increasingly important role in monitoring and optimizing, for example, in the operation of biogas plants. At the same time, we see AI as a complement, not a replacement for humans, concludes Nicolaisen.
