RENT Renholdstjenester AS is a large cleaning company based in the Greater Oslo area, with approximately 600 employees representing over 60 nationalities. The company is divided into three departments: daily cleaning for both private and public sectors, construction site cleaning during building processes, and technical/specialized cleaning. Johan Løvlie heads the HR department, which consists of three people, and is part of the company’s management team. He also chairs the Working Environment Committee (AMU). His role covers the full spectrum of HR processes – both operational and strategic – and his workday is described as busy and varied.
